We will be playing on Saturday, November 12th courtesy of Just Plain Country Store in Walnut Cove. We’re scheduled to start at 3:00, so come early and browse the store and other vendors at this fun family street fair.
The Grassifieds are honored to have been invited to perform at the Farmington Community Center in Mocksville on Friday night, January 20th, 2017. Music starts at 6:00 PM. This venue has a great dance floor, good sound system, and room for a terrific crowd without feeling “crowded” at all. Come out and show these folks
We had a great time performing as part of the MerleFest Outreach program. We played for about 900 very appreciative kids and teachers. Afterward, we reverted to being fans and caught a number of our favorite acts on the Watson Stage. The volunteers treated us like the big stars we try to be!

In our first appearance in the Bluegrass Band competition at Galax, The Grassifieds placed 12th in a field of 166 registered bands from all over the world. What an honor! Several of The Grassifieds performed under the name “Town Fork Station” at the 2014 Maury River Fiddlers’ Convention in Buena Vista, VA. Propelled by strong vocals, solid picking, and great song selection, these guys scored second place in the Bluegrass Band conpetition.
